A space where people can stop, slow down, and be present. Inspired by old-school Korea.

Bing Haus is a coffee shop based in San Diego that’s been open since 2016. Other than serving delicious drinks and a variety of desserts, their aim is to create a space where people can come slow down, rest, and find community.

Inspired by old-school Korea, we went for a clean sans serif custom logotype, retro monoline illustrations, and an earthy color palette that reflects the store’s interior dark green and wood details. We brought in a nod to Bing Haus’ cultural heritage with “빙 하우스” set in a circle submark, which is the name in Korean.
